Jade Cates, MSN, FNP-C

We would like to welcome Jade as a new addition to our growing practice! She joins the practice as our Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner for weight management, bariatric and surgical care. She comes to us with eight years of clinical experience as an Intensive Care registered nurse. She is now accepting new patients for our weight management program as well as being a part of the pre- and post-operative surgical process. 

Outside of the office, Jade enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and rooting for her favorite sports teams, Go Buckeyes & Browns!
